This miniature cake stands only 8 inches tall, but represents the couple's huge amount of affection for one another. Gumpaste roses and fondant swags adorn the top and sides, replicating the couple's larger wedding cake.
Winner's Circle
Created for the groom who is a breeder/trainer of thoroughbred horses. His stable colors are red and white. Gumpaste fence, horse and rose wreath topped the fondant covered cake.
Melissa and Scott's Anniversary
This was the cake created for the bride and groom on their one year anniversary. All Italian meringue buttercream with buttercream flowers.
Me Fashion Boutique
Created for the Grand Opening of the newest Loudonville Boutique. The logo was hand piped in royal icing on pink fondant background to replicate the store's logo. The polka dots represent the tissue paper used to wrap each customer's purchases.
Lucky In Love
This was the one year anniversary cake given to the Bride and Groom who ordered the "Lucky in Love" wedding cake.
Vegas Baby!
What happens in Vegas doesn't always stay there, especially when it comes to Love! Kristin and Keith were married in Las Vegas, NV in a small ceremony and celebrated with friends and family back home. All buttercream cake with fondant covered "dice" cakes on top. All fondant and gumpaste decorations.
