Buttercream

My buttercream wedding cakes are made with Italian meringue buttercream filling and frosting. This light, creamy frosting complements, not overpowers, any cake and filling flavor. All of my cakes consist of four layers of cake and three layers of filling. They are then frosted in our delicious buttercream frosting, flavored to complement your cake and filling choices. Whether your design consists of simple Swiss dots, delicate scrollwork, or tiers covered in colorful blooms of buttercream flowers, you and your guests will be enchanted with the presentation and taste of my buttercream cakes.

Fondant

My fondant wedding cakes start with four layers of my delicious, buttery cake, filled and frosted with my Italian meringue buttercream, then covered with a thin layer of vanilla or chocolate fondant. Finally they are decorated as simply or intricately as your design entails.
