Rustic and bountiful, this cake has the feeling of Fall written all over it. Chocolate fondant was smoothed over peach-colored fondant, then leaf cutouts and breeze-like swirls were added to portray the cool harvest season. Each tier is adorned with fall inspired gumpaste flowers: mums, roses, hydrangeas and berries as well as gumpaste mushrooms and acorns and rustic leaves.
