This royal cake was created with three tiers of cake, separated by tiers of red roses and stephanotis gumpaste flowers. Three hundred flowers in all were created to fill both tiers. The cake tiers were covered with ivory fondant with embossed gold scrolls on the borders and base. The couple's monogram was added to the top, created from gumpaste stephanotis flowers.
