Indian Inspired Wedding Cake

This cake was created for a beautiful Indian bride. Keeping with her colors of ivory and butter, this towering cake was complete with fondant scrolls, medalions, and pearls. Flowers were provided by Yankee Floral. Because their township in India was very British influenced, the bride wanted her cake to reflect the same. The end result was a carriage-like cake, complete with two white horses.
