All of my cakes are made from scratch, using the freshest and finest ingredients. My cakes are made from four layers of cake and three layers of filling.
My fillings start with my delicious Italian meringue buttercream, then fresh fruit and other flavorings are whipped in, creating light textured, full flavored fillings. We encourage all of my clients to mix and match filling and cake flavors. Up to three filling flavors can be added to each cake. Love the tropical tastes of mango, citrus fruit and coconuts? Try a lemon cake with mango, key lime and coconut buttercreams! Are you a nut for java and chocolate? Order a chocolate amaretto mud cake chocolate espresso cake with amaretto-espresso and mocha buttercreams. Be creative and play with your food! If you cannot decide on a flavor combination, we’ll give you suggestions based on the season, event and menu! If you do not see a flavor listed, just ask! We can make any flavor cake or filling.
White Wedding Cake – Four layers of pure white cake filled with your choice of filling. My suggested fillings are white chocolate, raspberry, strawberry, white chocolate Grand Marnier, mocha, lemon, key lime, orange, and coconut buttercreams.
Classic Yellow Cake – Four layers of pure buttery vanilla flavor. A wonderful alternative for those who do not like chocolate or nut-flavored cake. My suggested fillings are raspberry, strawberry, lemon, orange, key lime, mocha, coconut, mango, amaretto-espresso buttercreams and chocolate mousse.
Chocolate Amaretto Mud Cake – A deliciously dense dark chocolate cake with a touch of amaretto. My suggested fillings include amaretto-espresso, mocha, and raspberry buttercreams.
Almond-Scented Butter Cake – A moist, buttery cake, enhanced with a light almond flavor. This cake is a wonderful alternative to a traditional yellow or vanilla cake. My suggested fillings are amaretto-espresso, mocha, mango and coconut buttercreams.
Lemon Cake – Light and delicious, with a crisp, citrus flavor. This cake is a marvelous addition to a summer celebration’s menu. My suggested fillings are lemon mousse, strawberry, lemon, orange, key lime, mango, and coconut buttercreams.
Coconut Cake – Buttery and sweet, with a pound cake-like texture, this exotic cake brings the flavor or the tropics to your event. Sweet coconut and coconut essence give this cake its amazing scent and flavor. My suggested fillings are coconut, mango, lemon, key lime and blood orange buttercreams.
Carrot Cake – Moist carrot cake made with maple syrup, honey and toasted pecans. This cake is perfect for a bridal shower brunch or an afternoon wedding. Filling suggestions include honey-maple buttercream, cream cheese buttercream and orange buttercream.
Dark Chocolate Espresso Cake – Dense and delicious, this cake’s rich flavor is enhanced and intensified by Starbucks® coffee liquor and strong espresso coffee. A chocoholic’s delight. Try it with mocha and raspberry buttercreams for a chocolate-dipped raspberry delight or combine mocha and amaretto-espresso buttercreams for a sinfully decedent chocolate treat!
