All of our wedding cakes are made using the freshest and finest quality ingredients. Cakes are baked no earlier than two days prior to your wedding and decorated the day before the event. Every wedding is important to me, and all time and efforts are devoted solely to your cake. Buttercream cakes start at $5.00 per slice. This includes choice of cake flavors and fillings, Italian Meringue Buttercream frosting, a basic border design, and setup. Fondant cakes start at $6.50 per slice, depending on complexity of design. I always suggest having a different flavor of cake and filling for each tier, to add variety for all of your special guests. Regardless of cake or filling flavor choice, the base price will remain the same.

Consultation

Initial consultation and tasting are free. Plan to set aside one hour for the initial consultation. Come prepared with any pictures or ideas; and names of other vendors with their contact information. Consultations are by appointment only and must be made in advance. Additional appointments will be billed at $25.00 per hour. Appointment should be made between six and four months prior to the wedding date, to ensure availability. Prices are subject to change at any time, without a signed contract. Once contract is signed, all prices are locked in, should you desire additional slices or art.

Terms

Once cake is picked up or received at delivery address, the client is then responsible for condition of cake prior to presentation. Once contract is signed, no items can be subtracted (i.e. total number of slices cannot be decreased.) The client understands that as long as design specifics are fulfilled as described in the contract, he/she must accept final creation regardless of any artistic differences in its execution of those specifics. Payments must be in cash, check or money order. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the Total Cost is required for confirmation of Wedding Date. Deposit is non-refundable. Final payments for both cakes and Viennese selections are due not later than two weeks prior to event date. If balance is not received prior to event date, delivery will not be guaranteed.
